How to Set Up Your Space for Your Transformative Breathwork Journey


Download the Zoom app to your computer or device if you don’t already have it installed. Sign into the session a few minutes early.

It’s best not to eat a big meal right before your session. If you must, please make it light or at least an hour or so before.

Carve out a private area where you will be undisturbed during the session. Best to turn ringer and alerts off for that time. Headphones are ideal. If you have them that’s great, if not don’t worry about it. It’ll still work. If you’re using your cell phone, use headphones or an external speaker if possible.

You will be lying down for the breathwork part of the session. So, pick a space where you can lie down comfortably.  Keep that in mind as you will need to place your computer, laptop, or cell (whatever you are using), where I can see you breathing. 

Having a pillow nearby will be handy, as there are parts of the session where we let out big screams (optional, no pressure). It helps with releasing old stagnant energy and using a pillow muffles the sound so we don’t disturb anyone. It’s also helpful to have a blanket or eye mask nearby during the session in case you need them.

If you’re joining a group class, please write your name and location in your Zoom box. It’s fun to see people from all over the world.
